Application:
This machine is designed for twin side labeling on flat and oval shape bottles and containers.
It can be incorporated with a production line or operated individually.

適用範圍:
本機設計適合扁瓶與橢圓形之雙面側貼(正/背標), 可連續生產或單機作業。

1. 控制系統採用三菱PLC可程式控制器, 搭配 Pro-Face 大型液晶顯示人機介面 。
2. 日製五相微步進馬達及驅動器控制出標。
3. 本機主要結構由SUS#304不鏽鋼和鋁合金製程。
4. 輸送帶, 導正機構, 壓制臂及貼標頭部均採連動同部設計, 以確保輸送平穩貼標準確。
5. PLC有50組記憶區, 容易操作且能夠迅速更換產品。
6. 輸送帶由西門子交流變頻馬達驅動。
7. 減速箱。
8. 動力壓合機構, 確保貼標品質。
9. AC馬達皆為變頻驅動控制。

選購:
1. 本機可選購熱燙印字機。
2. 同步進退拍合機構可避免氣泡與皺折產生。
3. 角度調整器可隨瓶身而調整貼標頭部的角度。
